Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring that financial transactions are recorded correctly and efficiently.

Duties:

- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records

- Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees

- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to identify discrepancies

- Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of accounts

- Assist with clerical tasks related to bookkeeping, such as data entry and filing

- Provide support for technical accounting issues as needed

- Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment to vendors

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounting

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Strong analytical skills for account analysis and reconciliation

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
